Privacy Policy
The Agency Consulting
Effective date: October 7, 2026
The Raziel Agency, LLC d/b/a The Agency Consulting ("The Agency," "we," "us," or "our") provides business coaching and consulting and separate product and project management services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website, the free Business Growth Assessment, inquiries, related communications, and our administration of prospective and existing client relationships.
Our mailing address is 18631 N. 19th Ave., #158-435, Phoenix, AZ 85027. This policy describes our practices; third-party providers also have their own privacy policies. Our website does not offer client accounts or login portals.
1. Information you provide
The Business Growth Assessment collects the following required information:
- First name and last name.
- Email address.
- Business stage.
- Goals for the next 90 days.
- Biggest obstacle.
- The type of support that would help most.
The assessment does not request a telephone number, mailing address, date of birth, or payment information. You may voluntarily include additional information in written answers. Please do not submit payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, passwords, or confidential information belonging to others.
If you use another inquiry or consultation form, we collect the information requested by that form and anything else you choose to provide. We also receive information you send in correspondence, including your contact details, questions, and business or service needs. If you later engage us, we may maintain agreements, correspondence, service records, and transaction records associated with that engagement.
2. Website technology and automatic information
Our website uses FlowTrack/CloseGPT for website, form, and customer relationship management functions. FlowTrack receives submitted form responses and maintains CRM contact records, and its website script loads on the site.
Depending on the technology and configuration in use, our website and its providers may receive technical and usage information, such as IP or network information, browser and device details, referring pages, approximate location, page activity, timestamps, and cookie or visitor identifiers. We have not verified the exact categories FlowTrack automatically collects for our account, its retention of those categories, or whether it saves partially completed or abandoned assessment responses. This policy does not represent that every example listed here is collected or retained by FlowTrack.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) configuration and Meta/Facebook tracking code are present on our published website. Their presence does not establish that every possible event is transmitted or that every possible cookie is stored. Actual collection depends on configuration, browser settings, and any applicable consent controls.
3. Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored on a browser or device. Scripts, pixels, and similar technologies can also send information about website visits and interactions to a provider, sometimes without using cookies.
Where active, website technologies may support site operation, analytics, measurement of visits and interactions, and advertising measurement or personalization. Google Analytics can help us understand website use. Google explains that sites using its services may send information such as the visited page URL and IP address and may set or read cookies. Meta tracking, where active, may send information about visits or interactions to Meta, which may associate information with other information it holds under its own policies and settings.
We have not completed an account-specific inventory of every cookie, tracking event, or retention period. We do not represent that analytics or advertising tracking is disabled before consent, or that a particular cookie preference tool is available, unless that control is actually displayed and functioning on the website. Posting this policy is not a substitute for obtaining consent where required.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser and use available tracking protections. These choices may affect site functionality and may not stop all data transmission. Where the website presents cookie choices, you can use those controls to manage the technologies they cover. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers and implementations. It does not control Meta or FlowTrack collection.
Learn more through Google's explanation of information from partner sites, Google's Privacy Policy, and Meta's Privacy Policy. You may also use the privacy and advertising settings available through your Google or Meta account.
4. How we use information
We use personal information as appropriate to:
- Receive and review assessments and inquiries and respond to the requests you make.
- Send assessment confirmations, assessment-related responses, and other transactional communications.
- Evaluate requested services, communicate about potential engagements, and administer signed service agreements.
- Maintain contact and service records and organize our CRM.
- Send authorized promotional email and administer marketing preferences.
- Understand website activity, improve content and functionality, and measure marketing where tracking is active and permitted.
- Protect our systems, address misuse, maintain necessary business records, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
5. Assessment communications and marketing choices
Submitting the free Business Growth Assessment authorizes transactional email relating to your assessment and request. It does not enroll you in ongoing promotional email marketing and does not authorize SMS messages or telephone calls. We do not send SMS messages or make calls as part of the assessment process.
Contacts are manually entered into AWeber for authorized email marketing; the website does not automatically enroll assessment submitters in AWeber. An assessment submission alone is not marketing consent.
Our CRM may contain records and tags associated with different brands or service lines. Shared CRM storage or tagging does not constitute consent to marketing from another brand. We use marketing permissions for the brand and purpose for which they were given.
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message or request removal by contacting us at the address below. We may retain a limited suppression record to honor your choice. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary, non-promotional communications about an assessment you requested, an active engagement, a transaction, or a legal matter. You may ask us to stop optional assessment follow-up by replying to an assessment email or writing to us.
6. Providers and other disclosures
We disclose information as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to the following providers:
- FlowTrack/CloseGPT: Website, form, and CRM functions, including submitted responses and contact records.
- Google: Analytics-related information where GA4 is active, subject to the implementation and Google's policies.
- Meta/Facebook: Tracking-related information where Meta code is active, subject to the implementation and Meta's policies.
- AWeber: Contact information and relevant marketing preferences manually entered for authorized email marketing. See AWeber's Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: Information needed to request and administer payments for signed service engagements, as explained below. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
People working for us may access information as needed to respond to requests and administer our business. We may also disclose information to professional advisers where needed, to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
Providers may process information on our behalf and, depending on their role and the information involved, for purposes described in their own policies. Their policies explain their practices but do not replace our responsibilities for our own use and disclosure of information.
Certain privacy laws define disclosure to advertising providers as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising even without a monetary payment. We do not make a blanket representation that the presence of Meta or other tracking falls outside those definitions. Any applicable opt-out rights are addressed in Section 9.
7. Payments through Stripe
Our website and assessment do not process payments or request payment-card information. After a service agreement is signed, we manually create and send a Stripe payment link. Payment is processed separately through Stripe, outside our website; the website does not automatically send assessment responses to Stripe to initiate payment.
Payment details you enter on Stripe's payment page are handled through Stripe's systems under its policies. We may receive transaction information needed to administer the engagement, such as payment status, amount, transaction identifiers, and limited billing or payment-method details made available by Stripe. Please do not send full card numbers through an assessment, inquiry form, or email.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to requests, administering engagements, maintaining appropriate business records, honoring communication preferences, complying with legal obligations, and addressing disputes. Retention depends on the type of information, our relationship with you, applicable requirements, and provider settings; we do not promise a single fixed period for all records. Provider-held logs, cookies, and backups may have separate retention periods.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and our operations. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. Please limit form submissions to information needed for your request. Assessment submissions do not create an attorney-client relationship or legal privilege.
9. Privacy requests and choices
You can choose not to submit a form or provide optional information, although we may be unable to respond fully without requested details. You can request correction of contact information, ask about information we hold, request deletion, or ask us to limit its use by writing to the address below. We will evaluate requests in light of applicable law, recordkeeping obligations, and other legitimate retention needs.
Depending on your location and whether a privacy law applies to our activities, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent, appeal a denied request, or complain to the appropriate privacy authority. We will honor rights and opt-out signals as required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising them.
To make a request, identify the right or choice you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate your record. We may need to verify your identity or an agent's authority. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method. If we deny a request, you may ask us to reconsider by writing to the same address and identifying your request as an appeal.
Automatic handling of browser "Do Not Track" settings and universal opt-out signals has not been verified for this website. A browser setting should not be assumed to disable all tracking. You may also submit a privacy or opt-out request directly to us; this does not limit any obligation to recognize a signal under applicable law.
10. Adults only
Our website and services are intended for people age 18 or older and are not directed to children. We do not conduct business with minors or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
11. Third-party sites and processing locations
Links and payment pages operated by third parties are governed by those parties' privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information. Our business is based in Arizona, and our providers may process or store information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Applicable privacy safeguards and legal requirements continue to apply; using the site does not waive your privacy rights.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required. A policy update does not itself authorize a new use of previously collected information where additional permission is required.
